Disconnection Policy
WinClash Connectivity Assurance Policy
We're aware that internet connectivity problems can sometimes disrupt your play. At WinClash, we're committed to safeguarding our players from undeserved losses while also stopping abuse of our system through deliberate disconnections.
Although we cannot assure you of a continuous connection based on factors such as a bad signal or weak internet, our software is programmed to cope with such instances. Kindly spare some time to go through and grasp our disconnection policy:
Your Role: You accept that there is a risk of disconnections. If a disconnection should happen, please attempt to log back on and continue playing as soon as possible. We suggest contacting your Internet Service Provider for advice on how to enhance your connection stability.
Before Play is Placed: If you disconnect prior to the successful placement of your play, that play will be invalid and no changes will be made in your balance.
Once Play is Placed: If you become disconnected following a successful placement of your play, the play is still valid. The results will be based on the game outcome, and these will be available to view in your game history upon reconnection.
Verification: Customer Service may verify placed plays and game results, but such requests will not affect the play outcome.
Persistent Issues: If you experience frequent interruptions, please reach out to Customer Service for a thorough investigation.
Policy Rights: WinClash reserves the right to modify, change, discontinue, cancel, refuse, or void this policy at its sole discretion.
Game-Specific Disconnection Guidelines
1. Live Baccarat
Before Play: In the event of disconnection prior to a play being placed on any Baccarat option (Player, Banker, Tie, and/or Pair), the play won't be valid, and your balance will not change.
After Play: When disconnection happens after a play has been placed on any Baccarat option, the play will be valid, and the actual amount will be credited/debited in your balance depending on the outcome of the game.
2. Live Roulette
Before Play: If disconnection takes place prior to a play being placed on any Roulette number or choice (e.g., color, even/odd, number range), the play will not be valid, and your balance will not be affected.
After Play: If disconnection takes place after a play has been placed on any Roulette number or choice, the play will be valid, and the same amount will be updated in your balance based on the outcome of the game.
3. Live Andar Bahar
Before Play: In case disconnection takes place prior to a play being placed on Andar or Bahar, the play will be invalid, and your balance will not change.
After Play: If disconnection happens after a play is wagered on Andar or Bahar, the play will be valid, and the actual amount will be deducted from or credited to your balance depending on the game result.
4. Online Slots
Before Spin: If disconnection happens before you press 'spin', the play will be null, and your balance will not be affected.
After Spin: In case of disconnection after clicking on 'spin', the game will be considered valid, and the result amount will be reflected in your balance based on the result of the spin.
